Volunteers will assist independent contractors (core design team) in the following areas..

Roles and Responsibilities

Please select roles and areas you are willing to support:

Decor Helper: assist in carrying, arranging, and unpacking decorations under lead designer guidance.

Technical/Lighting Support: assist in moving or holding fixtures under supervision.

Registration / Guest Assistance: manage check-in tables or guide guests.

Cleanup / Breakdown: help disassemble decorations safely after the event.

1.I am participating as a volunteer and will follow instructions from the core design team and event organizers. 2.1 understand that my role does not include making independent design or technical decisions. 3.I release the COPE Award Gala organizers, venue, and contractors from any liability arising from accidents or injuries during my volunteer service, to the extent permitted by law. 4.I may receive volunteer perks (meals, event access, small gifts), but I will not receive monetary compensation. 5.l agree to act responsibly, safely, and respectfully while volunteering.
